Jetpack School
Stuart Ross decided that teaching himself how to fly a jetpack by reading about them on the Internet wasn’t such a great idea, so he tracked down Jet Pack International’s Eric Scott (aka Rocketman), who’s built a reputation as one of the world’s best jetpack operators. (We’re not going to incense the airmen out there by using the word “pilot” here).
Scott rigged up some kind of tether to guide Ross and prevent crashes on his early flights. No word on what the training costs, but we can’t imagine a better Christmas gift for the middle-aged James Bond fan in your life. (via Gizmodo)
