Osama Loved Whitney?
As Woody Allen famously said when defending his relationship with his stepdaughter, “The heart wants what it wants.” Whitney Houstons’s death this past weekend reminded us of an old bin Laden rumor. According to a 2006 story from Britain’s The Daily Mail, Osama bin Laden carried a torch for Whitney Houston and wondered allowed if killing Bobby Brown would give him a shot with the American singer.
The story comes from Sudanese poet and novelist Kola Boof, who claimed the terrorist held her hostage as a sex slave for a four-month period in 1996 and shared his feelings for Whitney with Boof during that imprisonment.
“Osama kept coming back to Whitney Houston. He asked if I knew her personally when I lived in America. I told him I didn’t.
He said that he had a paramount desire for Whitney Houston, and although he claimed music was evil he spoke of someday spending vast amounts of money to go to America and try to arrange a meeting with the superstar.
It didn’t seem impossible to me. He said he wanted to give Whitney Houston a mansion that he owned in a suburb of Khartoum.
He explained to me that to possess Whitney he would be willing to break his colour rule and make her one of his wives.
Whitney Houston’s name was the one that would be mention constantly.
How beautiful she was, what a nice smile she has, how truly Islamic she is but is just brainwashed by American culture and by her husband Bobby Brown, whom Osama talked about having killed, as if it were normal to have women’s husbands killed.”
Boof is also the source of the story that Osama was secretly fond of reading The Star and Playboy magazines. If any or all of this is true, it means that the 21st century’s most evil man was also a giant hypocrite. Bin Laden’s followers wouldn’t have too pleased if they’d realized their leader had a schoolboy crush on the woman who sang the greatest rendition of our National Anthem at the 1991 Super Bowl in honor of our troops who were kicking ass at that very moment in the first Gulf War.

Wishful thinking. Boof is a fake. Her book says Bin Laden held her prisoner in a Marrakech hotel called La Maison Arabe in 1996. Multiple articles in the travel press say the hotel opened in 1998. Her book gets everything wrong about the hotel and the city, too. I shouldn’t have to say it, but the way this nonsense is getting repeated proves I do: don’t believe everything you read. For crying out loud, Boof says Bin Laden special-ordered videotapes of The Wonder Years. Why are people taking this seriously?
First it was Muammar Gaddafi carrying a torch for Condoleeza Rice, now it’s Osama bin Laden carrying a torch for Whitney Houston. Any day now, I expect to hear about Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran having a crush on Jennifer Hudson. Will wonders ever cease?
Governor Christy (Fat Butt) has now shown his true colors as to what actions he will take to win over the African-American vote when he ordered that all flas in the state of New Jersey be flown at half-mast on Saturday as a tribute to Whitney Houston. This honor is usually ONLY paid to those of the military, police officers and firemen who give their lives in service to this country. If personally feel this to be a slap in the face of every one of those groups to lower the dignity of the American Flag to pay tribute to a drugged out, drunken pop singer who in all probability is responsible for her own death by the mixture of drugs and alcohol. Regaredless as to how her life was taken, her death does NOT warrant such a tribute. This post has absolutely nothing to do with race, so dont even try to go there. I just hope the African-American community see what the Governor’s true motives are and that being strictly political. He probably didnt have a clue who Whitney Houston was until he saw the opportunity to play the race card for the Republican Party. I hope that every action duty, retired or reservist military, and every active or killed in the line of duty police officer or firemen of this nation calls the office of Gov. Fat Butt and state your anger that he would abuse the propoer etiquette of the flag that so many have given their lives for in defense of this country only to score points during this political season. Im sure it wont be that hard to find his number under the State of New Jersey listings here on the internet. Dont take this insult by not taking any action. Beleive me, I will be calling his office later on this afternoon and also post this on the walls of every military organization that I belong to and that includes the Wounded Warrior Project, DAV, VFW, American Legion, IVAW. VVAW. etc etc. This action taken by Governor Christy shows how much he and the Republican Party truly respect our military, police and firemen who put their lives on the line every day. Please, do you part and pass this on to every active duty, veteran, poilice officer, firemen or other patriotic American that you may know so they too can contact the Governor and make your disgust to his actions in this matter. God Bless the United States of America, our Armed Forces, our Police Department and Fire Departments throughout the USA. If you happen to disagree with my remarks, I really dont give a damn. It is time that this country pay the proper respect to those who deserve it and quit playing politics especially by descerating the dignity of our flag.
