Olympus Has Fallen was the first "not-actually-a-current-Secret Service agent saves the White House" movie released this year and stars Gerard Butler as the hero, Aaron Eckhart as the President and Morgan Freeman as the Speaker of the House. OHF offers a more dramatic take on the concept when compared to the wisecracking Die Hard-style humor in this summer's White House Down, which stars Channing Tatum as the not-yet-a-Secret Service agent character and Jamie Foxx as the President in peril.
