Former Navy SEAL and Lone Survivor author Marcus Luttrell is one the most genuinely good guys we've had a chance to interview around here, someone who's determined to use his celebrity to honor the memory of the men who died in Operation Redwings. That humility was an obvious influence and inspiration for everyone who worked on the Lone Survivor movie.

There are still a lot of folks who want to hear what Marcus has to say and, rather than just stick with the corporate speaking route, he's created the Patriot Tour to highlight the stories of other notable men and women who've served their country.

The 2014 tour will include 11 shows in Florida, the Midwest, Arizona and the West Coast. Other speakers on the tour include former SEALs Pete ScobellWillam Wagasy and David Goggins. In select markets, there will be appearances by Army Ranger Capt. Chad Fleming and Taya Kyle, widow of American Sniper author and SEAL Chris Kyle. The press release describes the evening's speakers this way: "Some are fellow veterans, others have lives that have been profoundly changed by those who have served and sacrificed, and all share a special bond with Marcus and his sense of duty and patriotism."

So here's the contest. If you want to sing the national anthem at one of the 11 tour stops, like the Patriot Tour on Facebook and then go to the contest page and upload a video. If you win, you and two guests will get free VIP tickets to the show (three total), an exclusive Patriot Tour Merchandise Prize Package, a personal “meet and greet” with Marcus Luttrell himself, and you will open the Patriot Tour by singing our National Anthem LIVE ON STAGE in front of the entire crowd! This is an a cappella performance, and that means no musical backing—just you and a microphone.

If you win, let us know, send us a video of your performance and we'll post it here.
