According to the Daily Telegraph, radical Islamist plastic surgeons in lawless areas of Pakistan could be inserting breast-implants packed with explosives into female terrorists. These implants are virtually undetectable by airport security and could be used to blow a "considerable" hole in the side of a jet.
And the article also mentions what some might call the "Key West Option," where plastic surgeons insert the chemical into the buttocks of would-be suicide bombers.
